Despite that this is a busy time of year for contractors, Austin was very responsive and timely in his communication. He kept me updated on arrival times.

My job involved repairing leaks coming through the kitchen window during heavy rains. The issues were not the integrity of the window itself, but cracks in the masonry and the residual water damage of a clogged drainpipe.

He sent his cousin who repaired the cracks, opened the kitchen wall to dry out residual moisture and then put everything back. He matched the paint and molding so perfectly you cannot detect any work was done.

Because of necessary drying time between each layer he was here for three full days. The charge was $1,400, which given the length of time involved, is very reasonable.

Austin was open, transparent and very fair throughout the process. I won't hesitate to use him again for additional work as the need arises.
